What Stub is
Stub organizes travel you have already booked elsewhere. It does not sell you flights or hotels, or act as a travel agent. It is not the system of record for anything. Your airline's confirmation is the booking. Stub is a copy of it that is easier to read.
That distinction matters most when something is wrong. Times, gates, prices, and points totals shown here can be stale or misread. Some were extracted from an email by a language model, which is sometimes wrong.
Check the airline
Stub is not a travel document. Before you go to the airport, check the airline. Before you rely on a check-in time, a gate, or a fare, check the source. Stub is the pane of glass over your confirmations, not a replacement for them — keep them in your email like everyone else does.
Billing
The Season Pass is an annual subscription, billed through Miles. It renews automatically unless canceled before the current period ends. Cancel from the billing portal, linked from account settings. The first trip on any account is free; a pass is required starting with the second. Partial periods are not refunded. A pass covers other accounts only through trip-access grants, and stops covering an account the moment its grant is revoked or the pass itself lapses.
What I expect of you
Put in your own travel. Do not use Stub to store other people's data without their say-so, do not try to reach accounts that are not yours, and do not point automated traffic at it. Share links are yours to hand out; where they end up afterwards is on you.
No warranty, no uptime promise
Stub is provided as-is. It runs on hardware I control. It could occasionally be down, and there is no service level, no on-call rotation, and no compensation if a trip page is unavailable when you want it.
Your data, and ending things
Your trips are yours. There is no export button and no delete-account button yet. Email support@askmiles.ai to request either one; I do them by hand. Privacy says what that covers and what it does not. Deleting your Miles account does not delete anything in Stub; the two products hold separate data and neither deletion reaches the other.
I can close an account that is being used to abuse the service or other people. If Stub itself ever shuts down, I will make a reasonable effort to give you notice and a copy of your data.
Changes
These terms change when the product does. Material changes get said out loud in the app rather than quietly re-dated here.
